WHATSAPP ANNOUNCES THE LIST OF BANNED MOBILE PHONES

Since the advent of social media, there's no doubt that the demand for the use of mobile phones has increased. This is because everyone wants to be part of the argument, discussion and also gossip. No one wants to be left out. And this has led to the increase in the number of social media platforms been created. Nowadays, there are so many social media platforms out there. You can hardly count them. This has also led to an increase in the competition among themselves and also to a constant improvement in the quality of service been provided. And all those who couldn't meet up with the competition has been kicked out.
One of the current blazing social media platforms Whatsapp which is arguably one of the best out there, has made a good but sad announcement to all of it's users.


As part of it's effort in providing better service to it's customers, Whatsapp have decided to announce that December 31st 2016 will be the end of the use of Whatsapp service in some mobile phones.
Whatsapp is currently the most popular social media application platform in use and almost 90% of all smartphone users in the world make use of it. But it will no longer support some mobile devices as they intend to expand the features of their app and add more security tools to it.
The affected mobile devices involved are listed below :

The company also added through its blog post that though it was a tough decision for them to make, but still was the right one in order to ensure better service provision and to ensure that it's users get the best out of it.

Therefore it is advised that if your phone is among the list of phones above, you should either upgrade to the newer version of Android, iPhone, Window or get a new one before the due date. Or better still forget about using whatsapp and make use of other social media platforms available. You can still make use of  Facebook, Imo, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram or even the new Google Allo, like i said there are so many social media platforms out there, it just depends on your choice.
