HOW TO INCREASE THE RAM OF YOUR ANDROID PHONE

One of the things which enables use to enjoy our gadgets such as mobile phones, PCs etc is the size of the RAM. RAM is the abbreviation of Random Access Memory. The RAM is the memory in which the running applications makes use of, that's why your device tends to hang when much applications are running at the same time. In order for you to utilize your mobile device or PC to its maximum, it has to have a Big RAM (for mobile phones at least 1gb while PC at pC at least 2gb).
The sizes of RAM varies with the type of phone. some phones have 1gig RAM, others 2gig, 512mb and so on. The higher the RAM the better the functionality of the of the phone. The RAM of a PC can easily be changed either increased or decreased in memory size depending on the choice of the user. This is because it's simple hardware. While that of a mobile phone is more complex and cannot be replaced like that.

RAM Expander is a software that creates an auxiliary memory for your device so as to ensure continuous functionality of the device even when the original RAM is filled. Normally when the RAM of your device is full, all running applications in your phone will automatically exit but with RAM Expander, an auxiliary memory will be created thus, making sure you enjoy your phone.

HOW TO INCREASE THE RAM OF YOUR MOBILE DEVICE

After downloading, follow the steps below and increase the RAM of your phone.

1) Install and open RAM EXPANDER.apk. Make sure you have active data connection because it requires little data to activate.



2) Set the SWAPINESS. The swapiness is how active the RAM EXPANDER would be. This can be done by clicking and dragging the place indicated as SWAPINESS. And also select AUTO RUN, so that immediately your phone turns on, it will activate.

3) Also select the memory size you want to add to the RAM by clicking and dragging the place indicated as SWAPFILE



4) Next, select the memory you want to PARTITION i.e the memory in which the swapfile is to be created and stored. It's more advice able to make use of your phone memory. Either the SD card or your phone memory could be selected. Or you could do it manually by selecting SET PATH BY HAND.



Next, it will start creating a swapfile and when it's done, you will be notified.



NOTE: Do not delete SWAPFILE else, it will not work again. And it is adviceable to save the swapfile on the phone memory but if you save it on your SD card ensure you do not remove the sd card afterwards.
