HOW TO MAKE A SIMPLE HOME MADE PROJECTOR WITH YOUR PHONE

Watching videos is something which most people love doing when they are free or less busy. Virtually everyone watch at least one movie in a day and it is mostly preferable to do so in a cinema. But not everyone has the luxury or the opportunity to watch movies in the cinema even when they want to.
Must people have been wishing that an alternative to the projector used by desktops will be created. In view of this, technologist came up with the idea of making projectors for mobile phones. The projector for mobile phones are portable and durable for use but are yet expensive to purchase and not everyone who needs it can afford it.

If you are one of those who wish to have a mobile projector which you can use to watch movies cut cannot afford to purchase it then you are in the right place.
Today, am here to teach you how to made a home made mobile projector with crude tools at little or no cost.

TOOLS NEEDED TO BUILD A HOME MADE MOBILE PROJECTOR.

  • A small box (probably a shoe box).

  • An empty light bulb (remove everything inside the bulb).

  • Sellotape.
  • Portable knife.
STEPS ON HOW TO BUILD A HOME MADE MOBILE PROJECTOR
  1. Put the bulb in front of the carton as shown in the image below and make a diagram of the shape of the bulb.

     2.  Using the portable knife carve out the shape of the bulb from the face of the carton. This is      because we are going to fit the bulb into the carved space. View the image below for more details.

     3.  Next, fix the bulb into the carved space. If it doesn't fit, adjust the hole until the bulb fits perfectly like mine.

     4.  Fill the bulb with water (Remember the bulb must be empty). But do not fill it to the brim in order to avoid spilling the water all over the box. This is to ensure that the image to be displayed will be zoomed.

    5.   Cut the top of the shoe box into two. Make sure it is the same height with the box.

    6.    Now fix the sellotape to the middle of the top of the box you cut. The idea is to ensure that the phone sticks to the top of the box. Any other alternative can be used in order to achieve this.

    7.   Now attach the phone to the top of the box which you cut. You will notice that it sticks. After doing that, ensure that you turn off the Auto - Rotate of your phone and also make sure the brightness level is at the highest level. This is to ensure that the image been displayed is clear and the phone does not rotate when dropped in the box.

   8.  Now put the phone attached to the top of the box which have been carved into the box as shown below but remember to put the phone upside down. This is because water inverts images.

That's it. Your projector is set, say bye bye to holding phones while watching movies because you now have your own projects at your comfort and disposal at no cost.
